The 6 Week Health and Fitness Program is a structured program designed by Accredited Exercise Physiologists to help you reach your goals. Our REPS Movement team aim to help everyone of all ages and experience levels. We use personalized exercise sessions and close support to meet your needs.
This program includes:
No, you aren’t required to attend every week. However, payments are upfront so it’s up to you to make the most of the program! To keep things consistant you will only have one private and one group exercise session, this means if you miss sessions during the week they cannot be used in later weeks.
Yes, session times are set but we offer several availabilities each week to fit in with your busy schedule. Sessions will need to be signed up for each week so we can make sure they do not exceed capacity.

To kick-off our first 6 Week Health and Fitness Program we are offering a 10% discount to the first group of participants! We hope this will help you to get started on your health and fitness goals.
$225 for existing REPS Movement members (usually $250)
$243 for non-members (usually $270)
