GP Referral and Assessment Process:

With a referral from your General Practitioner (GP), eligible Veterans can access our specialised exercise physiology services. The GP referral ensures that your exercise program is personalised to address your specific health needs and fitness goals.

Upon receiving the referral, our experienced Exercise Physiologists will conduct a comprehensive assessment that includes:

  • Medical history review: Understanding your health background, previous injuries, and existing medical conditions is crucial in designing a safe and effective exercise plan.

  • Physical assessment: We will evaluate your current fitness level, range of motion, strength, cardiovascular health, and any other relevant factors.
