Mat Pilates 

Mat Pilates is a body weight exercise that can focus on both mobility and strength. Mat Pilates can be modified for any age, body, or fitness level. It is even possible to practice the modifications of the Mat work in a chair and progress through to high level of strength and flexibility.

At REPS Movement we focus on individualising the class to suit your ability. With improvements we gradually progress the difficulty and intensity so you may increase your mobility, strength and movement.

We offer mat Pilates during the following days and times:

Tuesdays 9.15am - 10.00am
Thursdays  9.15am - 10.00am


Nicky Richardson

I completed my Pilates Instructors qualification through Breathe Education in July 2019. I am qualified to teach Pilates Reformer and Matwork classes.
Since qualifying I have worked in many Pilates Studios in Perth as well as running my own studio from home.
I have been practicing Pilates on a regular basis for 10 years and I can speak from personal experience about the positive changes it can make in your body and life. I am passionate about health and fitness and love sharing this passion with others.
