Tier 1 ProvidersTier 1 Providers are Accredited Exercise Physiologists or Physiotherapists who work directly with people who have chronic illness or rehabilitation requirements. These providers have the expertise to design and deliver a safe and effective exercise program for people with specific health needs. Tier 2 ProvidersTier 2 Providers are accredited fitness professionals who have also completed the compulsory Strength For Life Instructor Training Courses. These providers are qualified to deliver a general strength and exercise program for people over 50. REPS Movement is a Tier 1 Provider. | ![]()

During the assessment, we will assess your health and fitness level and develop a personalised exercise program for you.
