About Your InstructorTiarn is our resident yoga instructor with teaching experience across all age groups. She completed her 200-hour Ayurvedic Hatha & Yin teacher training in 2023 with Mala, followed by another 200-hour Vinyasa certification with Happy Blooming Yoga in 2024. Tiarn discovered yoga in 2021 following a gym injury, quickly noticing its positive effects on her body. Fascinated by the nervous system and body-mind connection, her passion for yoga grew alongside her appreciation for its benefits.
