Remedial Massage Therapy (RMT) aids in the relief of pain, tension and discomfort in the body by addressing damage, dysfunction and imbalance within soft tissue structures such as muscles, tendons and fascia. Treatment involves hands-on manual therapy using a variety of techniques to assess and repair problem areas. RMT seeks to address both the symptoms of pain and discomfort as well as locating the original cause.
